Who we are
CLAapp is a product of Thelightville, a Nigerian software company headquartered in Lagos. "We", "us" and "our" in this notice refer to Thelightville. Reach us at hello@claapp.com.ng.
Information we collect on this site
Marketing site (claapp.com.ng): we collect what you submit through the demo-request form — name, work email, company, role, and any message you choose to send. We also collect standard web logs (IP address, user agent, request path) for at most 30 days for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
Application (app.claapp.com.ng): the application is governed by the master services agreement between Thelightville and the customer organisation that holds the tenant. End-user data within a tenant is processed strictly under that customer's instructions and is not described in this notice.
How we use it
- To respond to demo requests and follow-up commercial conversations you initiate.
- To detect and prevent abuse of the marketing site (rate-limiting, bot filtering).
- To improve the site itself (which sections drive engagement, where the form drops off).
We do not sell, rent or share marketing-site lead data with third parties for their own marketing. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Where it lives
Marketing-site data is stored in Cloudflare infrastructure (Workers, KV) and a Thelightville- controlled email inbox. Application data lives in dedicated Postgres schemas hosted on infrastructure controlled by Thelightville (or on customer-controlled infrastructure for on-premise deployments).
How long we keep it
Demo-request leads are retained for up to 24 months after last contact, after which they are deleted unless a contract is in force. Web logs are deleted within 30 days. KV-stored lead replay data is auto-expired at 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you in connection with the marketing site. Email privacy@claapp.com.ng; we'll respond within 14 days.
Changes
We'll update this page when material changes happen. Substantial changes will be flagged at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
